High School Football Field Pictures
I am a football school football .. high?
but I can not get my leg / PAT field goals. Here is a photo. is only about how I can get my leg high. I know the man with the camera took the image during the movement, but I have not had much earlier, as appropriate. i stretch all day at soccer practice. not really help. You do not needs your leg higher than what I see in the picture. You need to keep your rhythm, keep your head down, tap your foot to get the proper follow through of the strike through the ball instead of fall as they come into contact, and (something you can work in) the use of weights in the legs and jump a lot to give maximum pressure on the ball.
