Watch Men’s Hockey Live Olympics
Where can you watch Olympic Men’s Hockey games in downtown Vancouver for free?
I live in Burnaby and am looking for a place to watch Men’s Hockey games for free (or cheap) somewhere in Vancouver or Burnaby during the Olympics (obviously). I can’t legally drink, so bars are out. Do you know of any venues, like BC Place, where you can watch the games?
I’m pretty sure that both of the LiveCity venues will be showing hockey on their big screens.
LiveCity Vancouver is a little smaller, there’s not too much to see. It’s at the corner of Beatty and Georgia.
LiveCity Yaletown is bigger with a few more pavillions (the 3D tv demo at the Panasonic pavillion is worth checking out). LiveCity Yaletown is at Drake & Pacific. If you are taking transit, it’s close to Yaletown station on the new skytrain line.
